versaSRSMobile - Pocket PC Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC Support

Giving your staff the power of mobility, versaSRSMobile allows versaSRS HelpDesk calls/jobs to be taken anywhere on a Pocket PC - no longer tying them to their desk.

Users of versaSRSMobile now will have the power to bring up job requests at the source of the problem, for example while visiting a requestor in another department, or anywhere in the business*.


versaSRSMobile - MS Outlook Plugin MS Outlook Support

Operators can use versaSRSMobile as a plugin to Microsoft Outlook, providing staff with the ability to view all versaSRS HelpDesk related calls/jobs directly through their Outlook folders. This means that Support Staff can monitor calls or jobs in versaSRS HelpDesk without having to be in the main versaSRS HelpDesk application.

VersaDev provides an ASP.Net application. Your company is responsible for providing the hosting server(s). Minimum hosting requirements are listed below:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2000, Microsoft Windows Vista* / XP*
  • Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 6.0
  • Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 (free download from Microsoft)
  • SQL Server 2000 or the Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE) 2000 (MSDE is a free download from Microsoft)
  • Wireless Lan / Hotspots Required
  • ASP.NET
* Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows XP is only suitable for evaluation purposes and single user instances. More than one user environments will require MS Windows Server 2000 or 2003.
