Symptoms
Applies to versaSRS HelpDesk v4.0.0 - New Installation
Clicking the "New Contact" button on the Contact Search screen results in a versaCRM login screen being presented or a Page Not Found Error.
Resolution
(1) Download the file attached to this Knowledge Base Article under the "Supporting Documents" section to the right.
(2) Unzip the file contents to a folder on the server where the v4.0.0 versaSRS Helpdesk application is installed.
(3) On the server where the v4.0.0 versaSRS Helpdesk application is installed, browse to 'C:\Program Files\VersaDev\VersaSRS\VersaSRS\modules\CRM_Contacts'. (Assuming that you have previously installed versaSRS HelpDesk to the default location of C:\Program Files\VersaDev\VersaSRS\ - if your installation path is different, please adjust accordingly).
(4) Replace the file titled "CRM_Search.aspx" with the downloaded file.
