Q: How to configure versaSRS to access Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager contacts

A:
Using versaSRS-SMC, set the versaSRS Application Setting CRM Module to Use Microsoft CRM.

Following this, set the Application Setting CRM Data Source Name (DSN). You will need to specify the MS BCM Server and Database and provide an appropriate Username and Password.

Note: for SQL-based authentication, make sure that the MS BCM database server is configured for both SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode.

You will also need to add the MS SQL View, vew_VersaDevMSCRMContactDetails (see versaSRS_MSBCM_View.zip), 
to the MS BCM database.

Note: you must Reload Global Settings (see Administrator > System Tools > System Info) to apply changes made to versaSRS Application Settings.
