Error in Contacts, Assets or Forms Module of versaSRS after installation

Symptoms

After versaSRS HelpDesk has been installed - when trying to use the Contacts, Assets or Forms Modules a Server Connection Error is presented.

Cause

The appropriate DSN entries for the Contacts, Assets and Forms modules have not been applied to the System Settings of the versaSRS HelpDesk Database.

Resolution

Launch the versaSRS-SMC and follow Step 3 on Page 7 of the versaSRS HelpDesk Installation Manual.
