Cause
Possible Reason 1
The most probable reason for this is that, System Users have been added into the system which exceeds the number of Users allowable, based on your VersaDev Issued License Keycode.
Possible Reason 2
If the above sceanrio does not apply - because you are licensed correctly - the License Notification Screen can indicate that the versaSRS SQL Server Database is unreachable or down, due to either a Network connectivity issue or a Server Issue.
The reason for this is that on launch the first thing the versaSRS application does is connects to the versaSRS SQL Server Database to check and verify the License Keycode that is stored therein - if versaSRS can not connect to the versaSRS SQL Server Database the "License Notification Screen" is presented.
Resolution
Reason 1: To rectify this you will need to Contact VersaDev support (support@versadev.com) to obtain instructions on how to remedy this issue by removing excess system users from the database.
Reason 2: Contact you internal System Administration to determine the availability of the versaSRS SQL Server Database and your network connectivity.
