Q: What are the conditions under which a Call becomes "locked" (padlock icon) - it seems as if sometimes I have opened a Call, closed the window and it has remained locked.
A: If you have locked the Call, and for some reason it did not unlock when you closed the window, move your mouse over the locked icon and then click it to unlock. You can only do this if you are the user that locked the Call and the current view is not set to My Calls.
Or, choose 'Tools > Unlock records' from the Menu.
If you need t unlock a call that is not assigned to you, and you are a System Administrator, you can also select Administrator > System Tools > Unlock Records to unlock any records.
